When purchasing products containing emulsion pumps, it is important to know that during the pressing process, the head connected to it needs to be engaged, and the piston is driven by the action of the compression spring. During the compression of the spring, the outer wall of the emulsion pump piston often opens fully due to friction with the inner cavity wall, and the liquid appears at the discharge hole of the piston head. When the piston moves down, the air inside is expelled from the piston head.

We can completely expel the air in the inner cavity by pressing multiple times, then press the head with our hand, and use the action of the piston connecting rod and compression spring to expel the air in the inner cavity. At this point, when we release the pressure head of the emulsion pump, the spring will lose its pressure effect and move down again. At this time, the piston moves down through friction with the inner wall to close the discharge hole.
